Hello everyone, With our reopening date of June 1st, we have some big changes that we have to abide by in order to open and open safely. This is during ALL PHASES OF reopening RI. Each of our artists will be masked and will be doing the best we can for social distancing for each client. We are not keeping our typical business hours, and will not be available if we do not have appointments, it is encourage you email us via email@example.com or message our Facebook or Instagram accounts.
Shop is by appointment only, no walk ins no same day appointments are allowed
Appointments will be limited to how many clients they can take in a day and is at the discretion of the artist. Artist scheduling will be staggered as to adhere to the social distancing rules and regulations.
We are requiring to please email us your idea/references so we can have your tattoo ready before you come in. We are not doing drawings while clients are in the studio. Again, to limit time in the waiting area. (If we do not have your info or deposit at least 12 hrs before your appt your appt will be cancelled)
No mouth, face, neck, throat or chest tattoos will be done at this time.
You must have clean clothes and be freshly showered prior to your appointment.
One client per station, no bringing friends or family with you, they MUST stay in the car or come back at a later time to pick you up.
If you and a friend/family member made an appointment to get tattooed by the same artist on the same day, you or your friend/family member must wait in the car or come back when your friend or family member is done and out of the bldg.
There will be no seating in the waiting area, this will assure we will have the least amount of traffic as possible. All high touch items have been removed, and there will be no books for you to browse through. please see our website for portfolios.
MASKS MUST BE WORN, for the entirety of your being in the building you will not be permitted to enter the building if you do not have a mask, masks will be worn by the client and the artist for the entirety of the time in the shop. We do not care about your political stance on this there will be no exceptions to this rule. Also, if you have any health issues that prevent you from wearing masks, we are asking you schedule during or after phase 3.
Everyone who comes in must clean their hands with hand sanitizer we will be providing.
All waver forms will be filled out digitally 24 hours prior to your appointment, you MUST take a clear photo of your ID and email it to us, we will not be scanning ID’s or taking waivers in the studio.
You will be required to answer a COVID-19 questionnaire with your wavier form, as well as in person. This will help us with contact tracing. If you are not comfortable with contact tracing, please make an appointment at a later date.
Every appointment must have a 30% deposit paid prior to your appointment. This is MANDATORY! If you purchased a gift card that counts as your deposit. If you are no call no show you lose your entire deposit and gift card amount. We do not have the luxury of walk in's or same day appointments so we will need to cull the no call no show herd.
Digital payments will be accepted, via cashapp, venmo, square invoices or paypal. If you have cash that is fine as well, however we encourage digital at this time.
No outside food or beverages allowed. If you need a drink we will provide that for you free of charge. Make sure you eat before your appointment.
Lastly if you are sick or not feeling well please do not come in. We are abiding by the regulations set by the Department of Health and our own regulations to protect not only our clients but our staff as well. Please be patient as we navigate through these changes. Not everyone will be able to get an appointment right away, as much as we would love to have a shop full of clients, it is not safe to do so at this time.
